Where can I find my tax invoice?
We will send a tax invoice for your order directly to your email address after you have made a purchase. Please make sure your details are correct when checking out.
What happens if I'm unhappy with my order?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products for any factory faults. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any defect, we will refund the purchase price, replace or provide an exchange.
All goods must be returned at the buyer’s expense and be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging.

How long before i receive my order?
Once we ship your order and it’s on its way to you, you will be alerted as to its status and receive tracking information. If your order doesn’t arrive during the indicated timeframe, please reach out to us and we will further investigate.
